Steam Mystic: A Sauna Boat

Nick Van Buren tells the story of conception of his most recent project: "Steam Mystic" the sauna boat.

The floating sauna was built on the deck of an old sailboat, which was acquired for free. The wood used to build the unique structure was sourced from driftwood, and milled by hand by Nick himself. Aside from transportation and a few other supplies, the project was essentially free.

The inspiration to put such a daunting project into motion comes from discovering purpose and converting it into drive. Watch as Nick explains his search for motivation in this short film.
